Conduct studies and design tasks for projects, which may involve evaluations of existing facilities, feasibility studies, design work, cost estimation, and similar activities.
Perform site surveys to assess conditions.
Review and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Carry out engineering calculations, such as electrical load assessments, conduit and system sizing, and equipment capacity planning.
Collaborate with other disciplines to integrate design efforts.
Qualifications:

Experience, Education and Certifications
Must have at least 7 years’ experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Registered with the Kuwait Society of Engineers.
MEW license is preferred, but optional.

Skills
ETAP experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Capable of designing electrical systems and drafting layouts for technicians.
Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative design team.
Demonstrates a quick learning ability and the capacity to adapt to new standards and technical requirements.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are desirable.

Must possess a solid understanding of electrical and lighting systems.
Familiar with the organization and preparation of construction documents.
Proficient in using software for performing engineering calculations.
